Over his years with the brand, Rob has served on the Franchise Advisory Council, Operations Advisory Group and National Grocery Advisory Group in addition to mentoring various new Franchisees as they joined the brand. Rob’s goal in the various roles he has served has always been to find solutions to the various challenges we face in our businesses that benefit all NbC franchisees in a symbiotic relationship with the Franchisor where both parties win and not one at the expense of the other. Rob feels very strongly that the values that created this brand are the source of its current success and that we must maintain these values as the brand continues to grow.
